Narra Shekhar (27) died after falling under a sand-laden tractor in Metpally. His family gathered at the police station demanding action against illegal sand mining. The tragic incident occurred during sand transport from Atmakur to Bandalingapur.
According to the police, Kaira Shekhar accidentally fell in an agricultural well along with the tractor while tilling the agricultural land owned by Kaira Chandraiah from the same village and died.
According to locals, the accident occurred when the steering wheel of the tractor broke, causing the driver to lose control. The tractor overturned and the three were thrown out.
