Dhanush has announced that his next collaboration with filmmaker Vetrimaaran is titled "Thamizh Murugan". The film, based on a book by writer Arivumathi, features music by Sai Abhyankkar and is produced under the Wunderbar Films banner

The makers of Vetrimaaran’s upcoming film Arasan, starring Simbu, released a behind-the-scenes video showcasing his transformation and moments from the set. Shot in Kovilpatti, the film has drawn attention for its cast and its link to the Vada Chennai universe

Despite the streaming rights being with Zee5, both Vidudala Part 1 and Part 2 are now screening on Prime Video.

Viduthalai Part 1 was screened at the IFFR in the Netherlands, receiving a standing ovation.

Viduthalai is now getting released in Telugu as Vidudhala after getting very good reviews from Tamil cinema critics and Allu Aravind is releasing the film in Telugu under Geetha Film Distribution

"Asuran" features Dhanush as Sivasamy, a farmer on the run with his family in a bid to protect his son who has killed an upper-caste landlord in vengeance. 

Working with other extremely talented directors and incredible actors was an opportunity to cherish.

Meanwhile, the makers also released the first look of Ammu Abhirami who is playing the role Umaa in FCUK.
