With Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, and other Cabinet Ministers busy campaigning for the Congress in Maharashtra and Jharkhand elections, the State government’s Vijayotsavalu celebrations have taken a backseat.
