World Mental Health Day, observed annually on October 10, aims to raise awareness and combat stigma. Behavioral issues such as aggression, anger, along with depression and anxiety disorders, have seen a significant rise in recent years.

She urged individuals to seek support from both peers and experts, emphasising that silence can lead to severe consequences.

This year's theme of the World Mental Health Day is 'Mental Health is a Universal Human Right'.

The actress expressed, "Mental health, to me, signifies achieving emotional and psychological well-being, enabling me to navigate life's trials, find inner serenity, and nurture a positive perspective on my overall mental and emotional condition."
