The renovated Yadagirigutta temple has emerged as Telangana’s spiritual capital, attracting thousands of devotees daily and recording over Rs.212 crore annual income, while also boosting temple tourism and supporting local businesses, transport services and livelihoods in the region.
Renowned handloom artist Nalla Vijay from Sircilla offered a specially woven saree embedded with two grams of gold to Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy at the Yadagirigutta temple.He personally handed over the offering to the temple’s chief priest and the Assistant Executive Officer during a simple ceremony.
Yadagirigutta Temple has been honoured with international recognition by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney for its contribution to cultural exchange. During the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Kalyana Mahotsavam in Ottawa, Carney commended the efforts of Hindu Canadians in strengthening Canada’s cultural fabric.
