With the extension of the deadline that came into effect on Thursday, the state can deliver custom milled rice to the FCI till January 25, 2025.

The government allotted 1.42 lakh metric tonnes of paddy belonging to 2023-24 Yasangi season to the millers, setting a target of handing over 95,942 metric tonnes in Nirmal district.
