SP Dr Janaki Sharmila said the three minor boys aged between 15 and 17, working in different fast-food centres and belonging to different parts of Basar, were apprehended while moving suspiciously at a railway station in the town.
Police suspect drunk driving led to the mishap. The victim was identified as Akhil Reddy (22) while his friend was Sandeep Reddy (23), both students from Aziz Nagar and also working part time in different private firms.
