Telangana accords permission for 2135 posts in 7 new medical colleges

Hyderabad: The State government on Wednesday has accorded permission to the Director of Medical Education (DME) to fill up 2,135 posts for various categories of medical services in the upcoming seven medical colleges in the State.

The 2,135 posts will be filled up on contract or outsourcing basis for the seven government medical colleges to be established in Sangareddy, Mahabubabad, Mancherial, Wanaparthy, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jagityal and Nagarkurnool, which fall under the administrative control of the DME.


The staff for the medical college will be engaged on outsourcing/ contract basis for a period up to March 31, 2022.
