Telangana: Collector suspends revenue inspector, shifts tahsildar for false report in Sangareddy
The revenue inspector submitted a false 'panchanama' report based on which the tahsildar issued a legal heir certificate which had errors
Sangareddy: Collector Valluru Kranthi suspended a revenue inspector of Kondapur Tahsildar’s office as he submitted a false ‘panchanama’ report for issuing a legal heir certificate.
According to the Collector, a family applied for the issuance of a legal heir certificate when the Tahsildar Esteru Anitha directed revenue inspector Mahadev to carry out a ‘panchanama’.
Based on the ‘panchanama’ report, the Tahsildar issued the legal certificate.
However, the applicants found the certificate carrying some false information, following which they approached the Collector.
After an inquiry, the Collector suspended the revenue inspector, transferred the Tahsildar, and posted her at the Narayankhed RDO office.
