Telangana Health Department suspends in-charge superintendent of Niloufer Hospital

There reportedly were certain issues related to a medical shop in the hospital premises

Telangana Health Department suspends in-charge superintendent of Niloufer Hospital

Hyderabad: The in-charge superintendent of Niloufer Hospital, Dr N Ravi Kumar has been placed under suspension by the State Health Department.

After the suspension, the Health Department has issued orders posting Dr G Vijay Kumar, Professor of Pediatrics, Niloufer Hospital, as in-charge superintendent until further orders.


For the decisions, the Health Department cited the circumstances reported by Director of Medical Education in a letter and said the government has placed D N Ravi Kumar, in-charge superintendent, Niloufer Hospital, under suspension.

There reportedly were certain issues related to a medical shop in the hospital premises that resulted in the suspension.
