Telangana: Inter-state chain snatcher arrested in Chennur
Police had booked a case after the chain of an elderly woman Manemma was snatched by taking her to a secluded place
Mancherial: A man was arrested on charges of snatching a golden chain in Chennur town. Police recovered the chain weighing two tolas from him.
Briefing details of the arrest, Deputy Commissioner of Police A Bhaskar said that Allepu Krishna, an inter-state snatcher from Siddipet district, was apprehended while trying to flee after noticing policemen in the town. Krishna was involved in 58 offences in the past.
