Telangana Postal Dept’s State level Dak Adalat to be held on March 23
The Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, will conduct an online Dak Adalat on March 23 to hear customer service complaints related to India Post. Public grievances can be submitted to the postal department before March 13, according to an official release

Hyderabad: A Dak Adalat to hear complaints and grievances related to customer services of India Post will be conducted through virtual mode (online) by the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, on March 23 at 11 am.
Grievances related to staff matters, service matters and matters pending with courts (all types) would not be taken up, according to an official release. Complaints and grievances of the public related to services of India Post from Telangana State may be sent to: S Vijaya Jyothi, assistant director (CS), office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad-500001 on or before 13/03/2026.
The letters should be written in a clear and understandable manner and the envelopes should be superscribed with ‘Dak Adalat’ on the outer cover invariably.
Complainants have to intimate their mobile number/email ID/address for communication along with their complaint. The link for joining the meeting will be intimated to their mobile numbers/email ID in due course, according to the postal official.
