Telangana rains: Kesamudram records 191.3 mm, Hyderabad gets moderate showers
Several Telangana districts received heavy overnight rain, with Kesamudram in Mahabubabad recording 191.3 mm. Mancherial, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Warangal, Jangaon and Nalgonda also recorded heavy rainfall, while Hyderabad and surrounding areas received light to moderate showers.

Hyderabad: Several districts in Telangana recorded incessant overnight rain with Kesamudram in Mahabubabad recording a maximum of 191.3 mm, even as Hyderabad and surroundings received light to moderate showers in the last 24-hours.
Heavy rains also were recorded at Mancherial, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Warangal, Jangaon, and Nalgonda districts, with some mandals receiving 120 mm and more which places them in the ‘Very Heavy Rainfall’ category.
In Hyderabad and surroundings Bachupally (50.5 mm), Ramachandrapuram ( 47.5mm), Kistareddipet (Ameenpur) (44.4 mm) and Patancheru Tahsil Office (44 mm) received rains.
The rainfall in Hyderabad and Medchal-Malkajgiri ranged between 35 mm and 20 mm, according to the rainfall data from TSDPS on Sunday.
