Telangana: Ramoji Group launches Sabala millets

The venture represents a significant move in the Group's commitment to consumer health, introducing millet-based products that align with modern, health-conscious lifestyles while maintaining nutritional value, according to a press release. In the first phase, 45 products, including regional khichdis, millet-based cookies, health bars, munchies, and noodles, have been launched, enriching India's food category.

Hyderabad: Ramoji Group on Saturday announced the launch of Sabala Millets, ‘Bharat Ka Super Food’ on the 88th birth anniversary of Ramoji Rao.

The venture marks a transformative step in the Group’s commitment to consumer health, offering millet-based products designed to cater to modern, health-conscious lifestyles without compromising nutritional integrity, a press release said.


In its first phase, 45 products and variants have been launched from khichdi of various States to millet-based cookies, health bars, munchies and noodles, enriching the food category in India. The launch event offered guests a first-hand tasting experience of the new product range. Brand logo, brand film and the ecommerce website were also launched.

Sabala Millets Director Sahari Cherukuri said Sabala represents the wholesomeness of millets and a commitment to healthier living. “Sabala will be a brand dedicated to fostering a positive and systematic shift in food consumption patterns, promoting balanced nutrition, and championing a sustainable future,” said Cherukuri.
