Telangana reports 2,982 cases, 21 deaths on Saturday

Telangana: Telangana on Saturday reported 2,982 new Covid infections and 21 fatalities. The number of active cases in the State, as on Friday evening, is 36,917. While 3,837 individuals have recovered on Saturday, the authorities conducted 1,00,677 Covid tests of which results of 1,381 samples were awaited.

The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included from 12 from Adilabad, 118 from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 436 from areas under GHMC, 58 from Jagtial, 36 from Jangaon, 49 from Jayashankar Bhupalpally, 38 from Jogulamba Gadwal, 16 from Kamareddy, 143 from Karimnagar, 176 from Khammam, 28 from Komaram Bheem Asifabad, 101 from Mahabubnagar, 115 from Mahabubabad, 95 from Mancherial, 37 from Medak, 153 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, 43 from Mulugu, 60 from Nagarkurnool, 190 from Nalgonda, 19 from Narayanpet, 13 from Nirmal, 47 from Nizamabad, 129 from Peddapalli, 56 from Rajanna Siricilla, 174 from Rangareddy, 66 from Sangareddy, 109 from Siddipet, 117 from Suryapet, 72 from Vikarabad, 73 from Wanaparthy, 79 from Warangal Rural, 87 from Warangal Urban and 37 from Yadadri Bhongir.
