Telangana RTA wins Excellency award
RTA Commissioner MRM Rao virtually received Indian Express Excellency award for rendering anytime, anywhere services online
Hyderabad: Regional Transport Authority (RTA) will soon make more services available online for the convenience of people, said RTA Commissioner MRM Rao.
“We are making necessary services online so that people need not come to offices and stand in queues for hours,” Rao said after virtually receiving Indian Express Excellency award for rendering anytime, anywhere services online, on Wednesday.
RTA services which have been made online include issue of duplicate licence, issue of badge, issue of smart card in lieu of surrender of existing licence, issue of history sheet for licence and issue of duplicate learner licence, a press release said.
