Telangana State Road Transport Corporation dismisses allegations on employees’ welfare

Management appeals to employees not to believe false propaganda being spread by some people claiming to be union leaders

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) management has condemned allegations made by certain people in the guise of RTC Unions that the corporation was neglecting the welfare of employees.

“They are trying to mislead and provoke the employees by saying that the company is cancelling the Staff Retirement Benefit Scheme. The management strongly condemns this deliberate propaganda that is being spread to tarnish the reputation of the corporation,” the TGSRTC said in a statement.

The management appeals to the employees not to believe the false propaganda being spread by some people claiming to be union leaders, it said.

The corporation makes it clear that the management is committed to the welfare of the employees and that the pending issues will be resolved soon with the cooperation of the State government, it said.
