Use of a three-factor authentication makes it a secure system, he said, adding that about one lakh pensioners have authenticated their identity for life certificates through the digital channels in 2021 compared to 30,000 in 2019 when it was first introduced .
Rajendra Nimje, Director General of Centre for Good Governance , the think tank to foster growth-oriented and people centric governance, said Telangana has made rapid strides in e-governance with about 250 applications. E-governance is an off-shoot of good governance, he said.

It will have the ability to offer internet from 20mbps to 1Gb with an average 100 mbps speed. The system will be scalable to offer higher speeds with minimum changes in the infrastructure. It will cater to the government, households, enterprises, cell towers and other use cases.
