Khammam: A two-day Telangana Today- Namaste Telangana Auto Show got underway at the SR&BGNR College grounds here on Saturday. Telangana Publications Pvt Ltd General Manager (Advertisement) N Surender Rao inaugurated the auto show.
Speaking on the occasion, he said the organisation has been organising auto shows in tier-II cities for the past several years to enable customers to learn about motorbikes and cars manufactured by their favourite brands and purchase the vehicles.
The purchasing power of people living in tier-II cities has risen in recent times and bringing popular automobile brands to one place makes it convenient for them to decide by comparing factors like price, colour, features, security features, mileage and others.
Individuals who want to purchase a vehicle of their choice need not visit multiple company outlets. Apart from that, as all types of automobile companies are on the same platform along with banks offering loans, it becomes easy for the buyers to purchase the vehicles, Surender Rao said.
He appealed to the public to make use of the auto show being organised by Telangana Today and Namaste Telangana at the headquarters of erstwhile districts. Such events will be conducted till December 15, he added.
Automobile dealers Mahavir Benz, Kia Automotive, Bharat Hyundai, VVC Motors, Mahavir Group Skoda, Kakatiya Toyota, Venkataramana Bajaj, Rayapudi Suzuki, Venkataramana Tata Motors, Arka Renault, Varun Group Maruti Suzuki Arena, Arka Automotives and LLP Honda set up stalls.
