Telangana: TRS MLA Nomula Bhagat sworn in
By-polls were conducted in Nagarjuna Sagar constituency following the demise of TRS MLA Nomula Narsimhaiah.
Hyderabad: The swearing in ceremony of TRS MLA from Nagarjuna Sagar Nomula Bhagat was conducted in the Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy chambers here on Thursday.
By-polls were conducted in the constituency following the demise of TRS MLA Nomula Narsimhaiah. TRS MLA Nomula Bhagat emerged victorious from the constituency over Congress candidate and former Minister K. Jana Reddy.
The Speaker conducted the swearing in ceremony and Legislative Affairs Minister V. Prashanth Reddy was also present.
Later, the Minister handed over a copy of Assembly Rules book and identity card to Nomula Bhagat.
Ministers G. Jagadish Reddy, Srinivas Goud, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Mohd. Mahmood Ali and others were present on the occasion.
