The Annual Report 2025 released by SP B Rohith Raju highlights a mixed crime trend in Kothagudem. While overall crime and POCSO cases rose, incidents of violence against women, cybercrimes, and ganja cases declined. The district recorded 6,180 cases this year, up from 5,636 last year.
