Telangana’s Hitesh Dolwani clinches Para National table tennis crown

Telangana paddler Hitesh Dolwani clinched the National Para table tennis title by defeating Maharashtra’s Vishwa Tambe in the final at Vadodara. Dolwani earlier overcame Delhi’s Anuj Gupta in the semifinal and Nitin in the quarterfinal to reach the summit clash

Hyderabad: Hitesh Dolwani of Telangana defeated Vishwa Tambe of Maharashtra 13-11, 11-8, 11-7 in the final of the UTT second National Para ranking table tennis championship in Vadodara.

Earlier, in the semifinal, Dolwani scored a 11-6, 6-11, 11-7, 11-7 win against Anuj Gupta of Delhi and registered a 11-5, 11-6, 11-5 victory over Nitin of Delhi in the quarterfinal.
