TG ECET 2026 notification on February 5; Exam scheduled for May 15

The Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG ECET) 2026 notification will be issued on February 5, with online applications accepted from February 9 to April 18 without a late fee. The exam is scheduled for May 15.

Hyderabad: A notification inviting applications for the Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG ECET) 2026 will be released on February 5, with online registration without a late fee is scheduled between February 9 and April 18.

Telangana Council of Higher Education Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy, along with OU Vice Chancellor and TG ECET 2026 Chairman Prof. Kumar Molugaram, conducted the TG ECET 2026 committee meeting here on Tuesday and released a detailed schedule. Registration fee is Rs 500 for SC, ST or PH candidates and Rs.900 for all other candidates.

As announced earlier, the entrance examination will be conducted on May 15 from 9 am to 12 noon. More details will be available on the website https://ecet.tgche.ac.in from February 5.

The ECET is conducted for diploma and BSc Mathematics degree holders for lateral entry admission to second-year engineering and pharmacy programmes in the State.
