TGRTC bus set ablaze in Tadakamalla; foul play suspected

Miryalaguda: A Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGRTC) bus was partially damaged in a suspected arson attack at Tadakamalla village in Miryalaguda mandal late on Tuesday night.
The bus, which operates on a rural route and halts overnight at Tadakamalla, belongs to the Miryalaguda RTC depot. Villagers alerted the police and RTC officials after spotting the vehicle on fire early Wednesday morning.
Miryalaguda Rural Circle Inspector PND Prasad, along with TGRTC officials, visited the site to inspect the damage. Preliminary findings suggest that the fire was deliberately set, though the motive is yet to be ascertained.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
