Three including juvenile held for bike lifting in Hyderabad
Shiva Shanker (20), Govinda Chary (19) and a juvenile were apprehended by Sanathnagar police for allegedly stealing motorcycles in the city.
Hyderabad: The Sanathnagar police apprehended three persons including a juvenile who were allegedly stealing motorcycles in the city. The police recovered 10 motorcycles from them.
The arrested were Shiva Shanker (20), Govinda Chary (19) and a juvenile.
The trio was stealing motorcycles parked at public places in the city and selling it at throwaway prices to people. The trio spent the money on vices, police said.
The trio had stolen the vehicles from Borabanda, Sanathnagar, Kukatpally, Balanagar, KPHB and, Chandanagar police station limits.
The police produced them before the court and remanded. Shiva and Govinda, were previously involved in similar cases.
