Three injured due to electrocution after Ganesh idol touches high-tension wires in Hyderabad
Three people were critically injured in Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad, after a Ganesh idol being transported by tractor came into contact with high-tension wires. This is the second electrocution accident in the city within 24 hours, following six deaths during a Rath Yatra.

HYDERABAD: Three persons were seriously injured due electrocution while carrying a Ganesh idol at Bandlaguda road in Chandrayangutta on Monday night.
According to reports, a group of people were shifting a big Ganesh idol from Jalpally to a location in old city with the help of a tractor when it came in contact with overhead high tension wires.
Three people Akhil, Vikas and the driver suffered electrocution and collapsed on the ground. The people present there somehow managed to rescue them and rushed to a hospital for treatment. The condition of two of the persons was stated to critical. The police are investigating.
This is the second such incident in 24 hours. On Sunday night, six persons were electrocuted to death during a Rath Yatra at Ramanthapur in Uppal.
