Tollywood producer booked for trespass, threatening in Hyderabad
The case was booked on a complaint lodged by Mitti Gopi Krishna (57), a resident of Trimulgherry, who alleged that his elder brother Mitta Swaroop who stays in the United States had purchased a plot measuring 634 square yards at Film Nagar.
Hyderabad: The Banjara Hills police have a booked a case against Tollywood producer C Kalyan for alleged criminal trespass and threatening some persons at Film Nagar on Monday.
The case was booked on a complaint lodged by Mitti Gopi Krishna (57), a resident of Trimulgherry, who alleged that his elder brother Mitti Swaroop who stays in the United States had purchased a plot measuring 634 square yards at Film Nagar.
On Monday, three persons Sharoof, Srikanth and Tejaswi trespassed into the plot where an organic products store was running and threatened the tenant Narayana Murthy. The three persons on questioning told Gopi Krishna that they had come on the directions of Kalyan for taking possession of the plot, said K Shiva Chandra, SHO (Banjara Hills).
The police have booked a case and are investigating.
