Warangal Urban: Reiterating that the TRS government was committed to mounting pressure on the Centre till the railway coach factory is sanctioned to Kazipet, Government Chief Whip and Warangal West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar on Tuesday said the party would organise a bike rally on Wednesday (March 31) in Warangal demanding that the Centre set up the coach factory as promised in the AP Reorganisation Act 2014.
Speaking to the media at Kazipet media point, Vinay Bhaskar said the TRS government, under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, was committed to the development of Greater Warangal city. “We are taking several steps for the development of Kazipet town which is part of Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation. Due to my efforts, the Tahsildhar’s office was set up at Kazipet and the works of the Road over Bridge (RoB) are in full swing,” he said.
The construction of the new RoB would check the traffic problem in Kazipet and Hanamkonda,” he added. Alleging that the previous governments did not bother to develop Warangal as well as the Kazipet, he said that the TRS government was allocating hundreds of crores even from the state budget.
“The BJP government at the Centre is giving step-motherly treatment towards Telangana by not allocating the funds,” he said and demanded that it should take immediate steps to set up the coach factory that would provide employment to the local youths. He also urged the individuals, associations, and members of other political parties who want a coach factory to join the rally to make it a success. “We will intensify the agitation in a phased manner till we achieve the coach factory which is a long pending demand of Warangalites,” Vinay added.
