Two arrested with 5.1 kg marijuana in Gudimalkapur

Hyderabad: The Task Force (Golconda) team, along with local police, arrested two persons on charges of drug peddling and seized 5.1 kg of marijuana, worth Rs 2.6 lakh, in Gudimalkapur on Friday.
The arrested persons, Hazari Dinesh Singh and Shankar Singh, who were earlier involved in similar cases, allegedly procured the drug from a supplier in Maharashtra, smuggled it to Hyderabad and sold it to customers at high rates.
The Gudimalkapur police are investigating.
