Hyderabad: Instructional Media Centre’s (IMC), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), two short films ‘A tribute to Prof Yashpal’ and ‘Aristotle’ have been selected for screening and award ceremony in Nobel International Film Festival 2021. The theme of the festival is ‘Content is King’.
Both the films, directed by IMC producer Md Aamir Badr, have been selected out of 7,000 entries across the world, the MANUU said on Tuesday.
The films were part of MANUU knowledge series started four years ago with the aim to disseminate knowledge through audio visual medium to the masses, it said.
Vice Chancellor Prof Syed Ainul Hasan congratulated Aamir Badr and team IMC for the international recognition and said this would add to the existing reputation of the centre and MANUU as well.
