Hyderabad: Starring Vikram Sahadev and Soumika Pandian in the lead roles, upcoming romantic drama ‘Virgin Story’ is all set to hit theatres on February 18.
Directed by Pradeep B Atluri, the film is being bankrolled by Lagadapati Sridhar under the banner Ramalakshmi Cine Creations.
“The film reflects the fast-paced life of present-day youngsters. Like any other commodity that we get instantly in the market, people have been showing interest to switch partners within no time. Be it a career, love, relationship, one has to give enough time to achieve them. ‘Virgin Story’ is an acid test for true lovers,” said director Pradeep.
Speaking on the occasion, the producer said, “It’s a story that takes place between teenagers. This is the age where youth realise the potential of their strength, they feel as if new wings emerged from their body to fly in the air. So we’re all happy to come before audiences this Valentine’s week.”
The film also features actors Rishika Khanna and Vineeth Bavisetty, among others, in key roles. Achu Rajamani has composed the music, while Aneesh Tarun Kumar is the cinematographer for the film.
