Woman farm labourer dies of sunstroke in Telangana’s Karimnagar
Udige Ilamma who fell sick due to the hot weather while working in a paddy field on Sunday, died the next day

Karimnagar: A woman farm labourer Udige Ilamma (59) died of sunstroke in Gollapalli of Shankarapatnam mandal on Monday.
According to villagers, Ilamma fell sick due to the hot weather while working in a paddy field on Sunday. On Monday, she died as her health condition further deteriorated. Villagers performed final rites of Ilamma by pooling money as her family could not afford it.
