When Shiva Shankar left for duty on Friday, Joythsna killed both the children and left for the Mahabub Sagar tank. Before jumping into the tank, she took a selfie and shared it with her husband, who rushed to Mahabub Sagar. However, she had jumped into the tank before he had arrived, but the local fishermen had rescued her. Sangareddy town Police have registered a case. The bodies of children have been shifted to Government Hospital Sangareddy for the postmortem.
