Yadadri temple earns Rs 91.19 lakh from hundi collection

Yadadri-Bhongir: Sri Yadadri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple has earned an income of Rs. 91.19 lakh for 18 days. In addition to Rs 91,19,982 cash, 50 grams of gold and two kilogarms of silver were received through hundi collection, according to temple Executive Officer N Geetha. The hundi collection was taken up at Haritha hotel on the hill shrine in view of ongoing development works. The hundi collection was quite high due to offerings of the devotees during annual brahmostavams, which began on March 4 and concluded on March 14.
