Yadadri-Bhongir: Yadadri Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple witnessed a huge surge of devotees on Sunday which coincided with Swathi Nakshathram. A large number of devotees performed Giri Pradikshina around Yadadri hill shrine.
The queue lines were packed with devotees from early morning, and it took one and half hours for them to get general darshan at Balalayam.
In view of the huge rush of devotees, private vehicles were not allowed on to the hill by the police. The temple authorities made required arrangements to ensure Covid norms at the temple. Only devotees with face masks were only entry for darshan at Balayam.
BJP State president Bandi Sanjay and his family also visited Yadadri and participated in pooja at Balalayam. The priests of the temple welcomed him at Balalayam as per rituals.
