Two Hyderabad pubs raided for hiring women to perform obscene dances

100 customers, 42 women dancers and seven members of pub managements taken into police custody

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force raided two pubs at Banjara Hills and caught around 42 women who were performing obscene dances to lure customers.

Acting on a tipoff, the team raided the Tales Over Spirit and TOS pub located at Banjara Hills on Friday night.

The police alleged that the management was hiring women to perform obscene dances to lure more customers and boost business.

The police took into custody 100 customers, 42 dancers and seven members of pub managements.

All of them were shifted to the Banjara Hills police station.
