Hyderabad: As many as 27 girl students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) have qualified in the TG LAWCET 2026.

Among the successful candidates, B Gayathri of KGBV Karakagudem secured a rank of 948, placing her in a strong position to secure admission into a government law college. In addition, the remaining 26 qualified students secured ranks below 5,000.

School Education and Samagra Shiksha State Project director Dr. E Naveen Nicolas said students’ success reflects the effectiveness of the focused academic interventions, intensive coaching programmes, continuous mentoring, and career guidance initiatives implemented under the KGBV-Young India Integrated Residential Schools framework.

“The achievement serves as an inspiration to thousands of students studying in government educational institutions and demonstrates that with determination, proper guidance, and sustained support, students can successfully compete at the highest levels,” he added.
