The python was seen during the morning hours when walkers noticed it and reacted with surprise. The incident came to light after walkers shot the crawling of the python on their mobile phones and circulated it on various social media platforms.

District Forest Officer, Hyderabad, Srinivas told Telangana Today, “At around 7 am, the python was seen crossing the walkway inside the park. As the park spreads over several acres, pythons naturally move within the premises of KBR park.”

The sighting news spread rapidly and panicked walkers, who restricted access to the area for some time where the python was spotted in the national park.
