Warangal Urban: As many as 80 people donated blood at a blood donation camp organised at Bapuji Nagar in Kazipet here on Sunday. Government Chief Whip and Warangal West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar, who inaugurated the camp, appreciated the Jackson Social Welfare Society (JSWS) for organising the camp. He also urged the people to come forward to donate blood since it is a noble thing which can save the lives of people in need.
K Sai Pratap, a representative of the JSWS, said that it was the 20th blood donation camp organised by the organisation. The donated blood was handed over to the blood bank at MGM Hospital and Orugallu Blood Bank.
JSWS Vice-President Pradeep Seshasdri, General Secretary K Yeshohua, TRS corporator Boda Anaiah Dinna and other local TRS leaders attended the programme.
