Hyderabad: Leading barbecue restaurant chain, Absolute Barbecues (AB’s), opened its 48th restaurant (and 7th in Telangana) on the 4th floor, SLN Plaza, Kompally, on Wednesday. AB’s has decided to follow its mantra of customer-centricity once again and invited its top admirers as chief guests for the inauguration. All invited fans joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony with Debabrata Mishra, Corporate Chef, Absolute Barbecues and Ritam Mukherjee, Regional Head – South Operations, Absolute Barbecues.
Started in 2013, AB’s has 9 restaurants in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, of which 7 are in Hyderabad, Kompally being the 7th one. In Hyderabad, AB’s restaurants are located at Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachbowli, Inorbit Mall, Miyapur, Secunderabad and now Kompally.
“It has always been our endeavour to reach out to our customers. Kompally was on our radar from the day one as we were getting serious trade inquiries from this region. We are happy to arrive finally and I am confident that with the exemplary food and services we will improve the goodwill even more in the city,” said Mukherjee.
The restaurant chain also has plans to host a Carnival this festive season to celebrate Christmas and New Year, from December 22 to January 2, 2022, which will have food plus entertainment, with a lot of interesting recipes and engagement on the floor – with fun, music and dance. During the Carnival, there will be a lot of exotic roast foods, grills, deserts, cake stations to go with the flavours of Christmas season.
“Our Biryani offerings are the best among the buffet we have, as these biryanis are made with authentic flavour and are prepared by people from the families who, for generations, mastered Biryani in Hyderabad. Our USP is ‘Wish Grill’, which has choice of exotic meats, sea foods and vegetables. The restaurant also has a complete open kitchen, where the guest can see the food being prepared for them, be it main course or starters. Of late, hygiene is a priority and open kitchen gives them the confidence, feels Mishra.
