Adilabad: Hundreds of tribals and various communities visited the ancient Nagoba temple at Keslapur village in Indervelli mandal on the occasion of annual Naga Panchami festival on Friday.
Ethnic tribes belonging to several parts of the district and non-tribals made a beeline to the temple which houses the idol of the serpentine god and performed special prayers on the premise of the shrine from early morning till evening. They offered milk and fruits at the anthills located around the temple. The sleepy village came alive with the seeing of around 10,000 devotees who participated in the ceremony.
