Chairperson Jogu Premender assured that an action plan would be prepared for developing the colony and promised to address the drinking water problem of the locality soon
Adilabad: Adilabad municipal chairperson Jogu Premender visited Thatiguda colony to get first hand information on problems faced by the residents on Tuesday.
Premender assured that an action plan would be prepared for developing the colony and promised to address the drinking water problem of the locality soon. He stated that Rs 50 lakh was granted for taking up various developmental programmes in the colony.
The chairperson interacted with locals and learned about their problems and instructed officials concerned to supply drinking water to the colony at the earliest. He assured to take up repair roads, street lights and to form side drains after being requested to do so by citizens.
He stated that municipality was undergoing a remarkable growth, roads were being widened and junctions were being beautified.
