Hyderabad: The Amrabad Tiger Reserve, which falls under the Nallamala forest, is conducting competitions for people including school students to create awareness on tigers and their importance in the ecosystem.
The competition is being held on the occasion of International Tiger Day on July 29. The Reserve is conducting a drawing, online quiz, essay writing and photography competitions. While drawing and essay writing are for students from sixth to intermediate, online quiz and photography is for everyone. The photographs must be of wildlife habitat and wild animals/birds of Amrabad Tiger Reserve. The link for the online quiz will be given on the website.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, participants can send their drawings, essay writings and photographs to the mail ID atrcircle@gmail.com before 6 pm on July 27. Students should mention their name, standard, school/ college name, address, phone number and email id in the mail. The photos should be of high resolution with details included.
Prizes would be issued to the winners on July 29 at EEC, Mannanur.
