Telangana: Bear attacks shepherd in Sircilla

Bhukya Naresh had taken his sheep to a nearby forest for grazing when a bear, concealed in the bushes, suddenly attacked him. Naresh sustained injuries to his left hand during the encounter.

Rajanna-Sircilla: A shepherd was injured when he was attacked by a bear in Guttapallicheruvu thanda of Yellareddypet mandal on Wednesday.

Bhukya Naresh took his sheep to the nearby forest area for grazing. The bear, which was hiding in bushes, attacked Naresh all of sudden. He received injuries on his left hand.

Local people shifted him to a private hospital, where he underwent treatment.
