Hyderabad: Ferocious first look posters of Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas from his upcoming heist drama titled ‘Stuartpuram Donga’ were unveiled by the makers on Friday. The movie tracks the journey of a notorious gangster named Tiger Nageswara Rao who lived in Stuartpuram in the 1970s.
Touted to be a real-life story of a criminal called Nageswara Rao, the movie features Sreenivas in the title role. The first-look posters unveiled by the makers show the ferocious side of the character.
It seems that the actor has undergone a massive transformation for his role as the notorious thief. Nageswara Rao was known for his knack and meticulous way of escaping from the clutches of police. It, indeed, is an apt title for the film on the most-wanted thief.
Producer Bellamkonda Suresh of the prestigious banner Sree Lakshmi Narasimha Productions is making a comeback with ‘Stuartpuram Donga’. Vennelakanti Brothers are the writers for the film. Since the story is set in the ’70s and the ’80s, popular technicians have been roped in to be part of this high-budget entertainer. Mani Sharma will be rendering the music.
