Hyderabad: The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), India’s premier engineering and manufacturing enterprise, is hiring 150 engineer trainees (ETs) and 250 supervisor trainees (STs).

These positions are available in disciplines – mechanical, electrical, civil, electronics, chemical and metallurgy.


Candidates selected as ETs and STs under this recruitment will be required to serve at their allocated place of posting, i.e. manufacturing unit/power sector regions for at least 10 years from the date of joining.

For ETs, candidates must possess a full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering or five-year integrated master’s degree or dual degree programme in engineering or technology in disciplines of mechanical, electrical, civil, electronics, chemical or metallurgy engineering from a recognised Indian university.

Similarly, a full-time regular diploma in engineering in the disciplines of mechanical, electrical, civil or electronics from a recognised Indian university or institute is a must for STs.
