Hyderabad: State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar here on Saturday said a ‘deeksha’ would be organised on December 27 at Indira Park demanding the State government to issue job notification for filling up of vacant posts in various government departments.
“We will continue to exert pressure on the government demanding to issue job notifications,” he said, adding that he would also take part in the day-long ‘deeksha’. Addressing a press conference, he said the unemployed youth were facing several problems due to the inordinate delay in issuing the job notification.
Sanjay sought to know why the government was hesitating to issue notification even after knowing the problems being faced by the unemployed youth. He criticized the State government for failing to complete employment re-allotment even after issuing orders by the President three years ago.
Demanding that re-allotment should be conducted in a scientific manner, Sanjay found fault with the government for issuing GO 317 without taking into account the local status and service rules. He urged the government to immediately announce unemployment dole to the jobless youth.
To a question, Sanjay said the BJP would not keep quiet if the ruling party attempts to create problems like West Bengal. The ruling party was frequently raising the paddy procurement issue to divert the attention of people.
To another question on the visit of the Ministers delegation to New Delhi, he wondered why the Ministers were going to New Delhi when the Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Piyush Goyal already explained in detail in Rajya Sabha about the issue.
