BRS MLA asks Mission Bhagiratha officials to make arrangements for water supply in Sangareddy
Chintha Prabhakar says people in villages and tribal thandas are struggling in his constituency due to irregular water supply to households
Sangareddy: Sangareddy MLA Chintha Prabhakar has asked the Mission Bhagiratha officials to make alternative arrangements to ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply to households in his constituency.
In the wake of repeated complaints from the people about disruption in the water supply, Prabhakar spoke to the Mission Bhagiratha officials over the phone on Friday and asked them to restore the water supply without any delay.
He said villagers and residents of tribal thandas were struggling due to irregular water supply.
The BRS MLA said that even people in Sangareddy and Sadasivpet towns were also forced to fetch water from tanks due to the lack of water supply.
However, the irrigation officials told the MLA that the broken Mission Bhagiratha pipelines had resulted in the disruption of the regular water supply.
