BRS NRI-UK unit condemns Jagadish Reddy’s suspension from Assembly
Charges Congress government with diversion politics to escape accountability for its unfulfilled promises
Hyderabad: BRS NRI-UK president Naveen Reddy has condemned the suspension of former Minister and Suryapet MLA G Jagadish Reddy from the Assembly, calling it an attempt to silence the opposition. He charged the Congress government with using diversion politics to escape accountability for its unfulfilled promises even after 15 months in power.
He stated that Jagadish Reddy was suspended for questioning the government on key issues like farm loan waivers, pensions for the elderly and disabled, women’s allowance, unemployment benefits, and job creation. He demanded the immediate revocation of the suspension, and urged Telangana NRIs stand in solidarity with Jagadish Reddy against false charges and suppression of opposition voices.
