Cases, counter cases booked in Teenmar Mallanna issue

The Medipally police registered a case against Naveen and others after receiving a complaint from one Lingamaiah alias Ashok Yadav.

Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Police has registered a case and counter-case in connection with the firing incident that took place at MLC Chintapandu Naveen’s office in Medipally on Sunday.

The Medipally police haregistered a case against Naveen and others after receiving a complaint from one Lingamaiah alias Ashok Yadav. Yadav alleged that when a group of people went to protest at Q News Office, “Teenmaar Mallanna and others attacked them with knives and firearms, outraged the modesty of women and tried to kill them.”

Following this, a case was registered under different sections of the BNS.

Earlier, the MLC also filed a complaint with the police against the activist of Telangana Jagruthi. He maintained that at the instigation of BRS MLC Kavitha, the activists attacked the Q News office, damaged property, and tried to kill him.
